I received this Winchester about 6-7 years ago from a estate sale in a buy one - buy all deal. I knew nothing about it when I purchased it and have done a bit of research and found out it's one of the lower production 60's-70's Winchester 22. It's a lever Action Model 255 made between 64'-70' approximately and I think these were considered a really low end 22. for a lot of years but seem to have made a bit of a comeback in the last 5 years. Online estimates are all over the board between $150 to $700-$800 from what I can find. Had a couple friends look and they had no idea as they had never seen one for sale.
Guns in Good Condition with no major defects - not pristine but a nice user gun.
What do you think this gun is worth here in the Northwest?
You wouldn't hurt my feelings if you say $99 but I would like to get a realistic true value and demand idea.

My newest Blue Book of Gun Values is dated 2005. It lists a 100% 255 at $195, 90% at $110. (15-16 yrs out of date, but best I can do.)
This is a very nice rifle, probably 90+%. Wouldn't ya think it's worth $250-300 at least?

If you look at the photos close p its pretty scruffy I would say the high end would be about $250 and an average sale price around these parts a little less then that.
