So a good friend (Vancouver) had his truck Stolen from his driveway. It was used in portland in gang drive by shootings. It was recovered in portland and impounded. The family gets the truck back. It is then stolen again from the repair mechanics lot. One of their neighbors has their truck stolen as well Same time frame. Vancouver PD said 2 out of 10 vehicles driving locally are stolen.
