I am just trying to find someone who has actually done it. I know that you can transport ammo through Canada legally. Just trying to do it right..the internet is full of information.. I am going to go up to the border this weekend and talk to CBP. I believe that Form 7512B is what is required but I will get it from the horses mouth.

CBP Form 4455 - Filled out with list of ammo exported:

3 - 1000ct Golden Tiger 7.62x39 Rifle Ammunition
3 - 175ct Federal 12GA Shotgun Ammunition
2 - 500ct IMI 762x51 M80 Rifle Ammunition
1 - 450ct Federal 762x51 xm762d Rifle Ammunition

Stopped at Sumas crossing with completed form. Took them a while to figure out what to do with it. They inspected and signed form. Entered Canada and presented completed/CBP signed form. Answered questions regarding not having firearms and presented receipts for firearms shipments I had made that week to AK. Went on my merry way..

Now in Glennallen, AK
