    Hi,

I am trading a handgun to an OR resident, I am a WA resident. I now the laws about shipping it, BUT:

If we met at the Chehalis gun show tomorrow each in person, would a dealer be able to do the transfer to him, and him take it away on the spot despite it being WA? And if possible and someone who knows someone who does this, I'd appreciate it.

You need to have an OR FFL transfer the handgun. Not sure if there's any at that show.

Ok, that was what I thought, it would have to be an Ore. dealer. I have never been to that show so I don't know how big it is, who goes, etc.

I'll agree with what drew has told you. If it was a long gun either a WA or OR dealer could make the transfer. But handgun must travel through the books of a FFL from the buyers state of residence.
