Look up nrl 22 cof.
It will give you the course of fire. Practice those. Shooting off a ladder. Shoot off hand. Shoot week hand. Shooting prone should be 90% hit ratio.

They are the same basics of 4 position shooting, Prone, sitting , Kneeling, and standing. If you are not familiar with those, look them up in an old Boy Scout handbook, or a NRA 4P coaching handbook. Good Luck, DR

For physical activity practice, do burpees... stomach to standing to stomach.
I haven't done NRL22 but did a Project Appleseed 2 day event earlier this year. Would have to agree that burpees are a good prep since that's basically what you'll be doing, and will need to be able to do it quickly and without raising your heart or respiration rate. IMHO, the physical conditioning allows you to concentrate on shooting skills instead of struggling with your body.

Also, if you are in better physical condition, you will be able to get into position quicker, and get shots off quicker, allowing time to get all your shots off. I see more than a few that time out because they have trouble getting into position. They get hits, but can't move from prone to sitting to kneeling very quickly.
