The most I've moved in a match was 10 feet. Most you move is up and down.Didn't really research it but if it's run and gun, probably work on your cardio since you probably already know how to shoot. Be safe!
I haven't done NRL22 but did a Project Appleseed 2 day event earlier this year. Would have to agree that burpees are a good prep since that's basically what you'll be doing, and will need to be able to do it quickly and without raising your heart or respiration rate. IMHO, the physical conditioning allows you to concentrate on shooting skills instead of struggling with your body.For physical activity practice, do burpees... stomach to standing to stomach.
