I bought this from The Gun Broker (Clackamas) in February, but didn't get to shoot it until this last Saturday. I am finding that I am just not a rifle person. So, I have decided to sell in order to pay for some things we need at home.
This appears to be a project gun that someone pieced together from various parts. It is a Sears - Ted Williams 100 receiver with a 26" 1/2 octagon barrel, saddle ring, oversize loop wrapped in leather.
The only 30-30 ammo we had was some that my brother-in-law had which was about 20 years old. We fired 10 rounds through it on Saturday. It seems to be fairly accurate but we didn't have any real good targets where we were at - mostly snow. I will throw in the other 10 rounds we didn't fire.
It comes with a sling I put on it.
Now open to trades (handguns). I will add a Heritage Arms Rough Rider .22 LR Single Action Revolver as additional trade value ($200 Trade value) for a handgun (pistol or revolver) if necessary (pic of the Rough Rider available). Am interested in almost any handguns, but no Hi-Point.
