The drill bit augur filled the 5' tall stand pipe with 3/4" gravel as it passed through.
I sacrificed my shop vac to suck out all the gravel and backed up sewer effluence to get it flowing again.
There is no way to get the stink out the flexible hose, so off to the dump it went.

Similar experience, but quite different:
I restaurant I worked at some years back had too small a grease trap for the volume of business we had, and the owners were both cheap and broke. So, instead of hiring out to get the trap cleaned, we bought cheap shop vacs from Harbor freight to vac them out. and threw them out afterwards. No getting rid of that stink.
