Too light of a load

.223; AR gas platform with a 55g jacketed bullet and 23.0g of IMR 3031...

I wanted to see how light I could go with this powder before the bolt would fail to go back far enough; ride over the ammo, and fail to lock to the rear after the last round...

Edit; because of the way 3031 meters; spills over on hotter loads.

The load is sweet in a bolt action; patrol type rifle.
