I found this on you tube and it works well.
I do not have a tumbler so I tried using combo of water 1 qt, vinegar 1 cup, salt 1 tbsp. and dish soap 1 tbsp.
Cover the brass with the solutions for 30 mins give a stir every 10 mins and the brass is a lot cleaner than when you started.
 
I keep a very detailed record. it might be more work on the front end but it saves you time down the road when trying to reproduce your new found favorite round.

I also like my Lyman electronic powder scale. Very accurate and huge time saver.

I just started using the Horniday sonic cleaner. It's nice not having to pick out every little piece of cob out of the flash holes.

Most importantly, enjoy what you are doing. Once it becomes boring and labor intensive, stop. That's when mistakes are made.
