Thumbler Tumbler model B with SS Pins

Great condition thumbler tumbler model B. I painted the inside of the can on day 1 and upgraded from the wing nuts to plastic knobs. Comes with 5lbs of SS Pins. Will also include an RCBS media separator that had a broken handle but still works.

Curious as to the capacity of one of those?

It's rated at 15lbs and has either a 1500/3000 RPM motor. I love mine. I bought mine with the 3000 RPM motor and bought the alternate 1500 RPM motor for rock tumbling when it wasn't tumbling brass. The 3000 RPM is not a good speed for rocks but would work for polishing brass. Just may take a little longer.

15 lbs is the total weight so you have to take into account water and stainless pins weight. Takes as much as a gallon of water (~8lbs) so with the pins, about 2-5 lbs of brass. I dry mine in the oven at 170 deg. Just did some 45 ACP and one load fully covered two cookie sheets worth of brass. I didn't weigh it though. sorry.

I got a plan, someone should send me some free range brass I can tumble at 1500 and another load at 3000 to see the time difference. I think I would need a lot to make sure I truly tested the differences effectively.

With the pins this is a good deal. Did a search and they are all on backorder and more than this one without the pins.
