Threads, why can't I?

Why do I not have permission to view or reply to some threads? I click on recent threads, then click on a topic, then a post comes up that says, "you do not have permission to basically be a part in this". What's up?.

Well according to the news today , you can't view threads because your a person that believes in religion or a refugee.
