Threaded Makarov barrel

Not quite sure if this is the right section, but I Didn't know if this was better as a wanted ad or a discussion. Either way, I'm looking to see if anyone knows somewhere that makes a threaded makarov barrel, or if someone knows a trusted gunsmith who might be able to make one? I'd really appreciate any pointers or if someone happens to have one laying around I'd definitely be interested.

Federal Arms was the only aftermarket Mak threaded barrel made (early 2000's). They are a pain to find.
