Interpreters - They took the money, they made their bed. Imagine if we were invaded by China, and they needed interpreters. So US citizens that spoke Chinese were part of the tip of the spear operations, people getting killed, thrown into camps, torture chambers...

Then the Chinese leave...how would you feel about your next door neighbor being an 'interpreter'?

The State Department on Friday conceded that there are significantly more Americans in Afghanistan than previously estimated -- leading to Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., and other Republicans to accuse the administration of a "betrayal" of Americans abroad.

State Department officials briefed congressional staff this week and told them that it is in touch with 363 Americans in Afghanistan and nearly 176 legal permanent residents, a congressional source who was on the call told Fox News.

ED MORRISSEY: "A living hell": ABC features family trapped in Afghanistan … from India? "What seems tougher to explain is ABC's choice to feature a family from India, rather than a family of one of the hundreds or thousands of Americans Biden abandoned. It takes thirty-three paragraphs into the story to get to the first mention of Americans in any context, and that is a mention of the 13 service members killed in a suicide attack outside the airport during the retreat. You'd have to already know that reference, however, as ABC doesn't bother to explain the location or the mission at the time of the suicide bombing."

So Trump agreed to a plan to leave Afghanistan in 2020 and Biden actually leaves in August of 2021. Seems to me those that stayed had plenty of time to leave if they had wanted to.
