Join the #1 community for gun owners of the Northwest
We believe the 2nd Amendment is best defended through grass-roots organization, education, and advocacy centered around individual gun owners. It is our mission to encourage, organize, and support these efforts throughout Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming.
I came across this one in my travels today. To the best of my recollection, I don't have experience with said cartridge, though it does look interesting "on paper" (or Intratubes as the case may be).
Anyway, just curious if anyone has given this one a spin. Thanks.
My dad hunted with a 38-55 as a young man. He said it had the slowest bullet he ever used.
I think of the 375 as a hot rodded 38-55. It would be a very good "woods" cartridge. Deer, elk, bear, cat, whatever.
