Very Good condition, nearly new. Does not have any scratches on the Walnut fore grip. There are no scratches on the exterior either. There are a few fine scratches where the mags inserts into the pistol.
If you get a Class II License it is easy to purchase a detachable butt stock, to make it an SBR
