I got to call Bullshiz FAKED . 3 year old just accidentally appears ( out of Frame ) in tail of that kite ? as it just let go by the 2 ground crew on the tail.
PLUS . Not much of a Video in length for after getting back down ? .
Doll/mannequin . Study the short Vid. and concentrate just on the Tails end with the last ground crew from beginning to end, when the ( doll ) just magically is there tied to the Tail to get the crowd going.

Wow flew a lot of kites when I was a young lad. The local drug sold the for like 20 cents and long string which I believe was about 250' sold for like 35 cents. I would use some colored straight ribbon to make a tail and it great fun to fly my kites. This was in the early 1970s.
