It's just far enough away not to be too dangerous to my checkbook haha. But still very convenient. Thankfully I cast the bulk of my own bullets.

When I lived in so. Calif. decades ago, I'd visit the Sierra Bullet factory when it was located in Santa Fe Springs. They sold factory seconds by the pound. They still do, at their Sedalia, Mo. factory, and I've been there as well. But the last time I bought some, the prices were comparatively much higher.
