Long Beach, Mississippi. Doesn't surprise me. It's located between Pass Christian and Gulfport.

I made two week-long trips to Mississippi after Hurricane Katrina. After retiring in 2006 I went back for seven months to rebuild damaged homes in the Pass Christian community. Even the young kids down there work hard. Boys and girls, they all seem to know there way around tools, are respectful to adults, and would swiftly and wordlessly kill a cottonmouth with a stick or hoe without making a big deal of it. And I was working in a low-income socially-diverse neighborhood.
