Love Dr Mark Felton. Tons of Gold and artwork was looted by both sides. Not just the Germans. A Hungarian gold train was confiscated in Austria, but was not returned to the Hungarian government even at their request. American GIs took what they wanted and it quickly disappeared. Investigators failed to recover any if at all any loot.
