I bought a Ruger MKIV upper from them that they shortened and threaded a while back. The threads were a little tight so they paid shipping both ways and fixed the problem. Super stand up company! They even said they liked my packaging job so much they may start using it. I used a pool noodle for the receiver and secured it in a shipping tube.
