Over the years practicality and other life stuff cut down my Grail Gun list and over the years the list has changed. I've been blessed to have had a few if only for while. I just recently acquired a S&W Model 17-2 (a poor mans K-22) and a Ruger NM Blackhawk in .30 Carbine, an odd pistol these days.

What's on your list?

Mine, now anyways, is a Desert Eagle in all calibers. I've been able to acquire all the stainless full underlug S&W revolvers I could wish for over the last several years, completing that collection has been a priority. As far as rifles, maybe a M82A1 but not too excited about them, realistically nowhere to use them for intended purpose.

Ac556 . Sort of attainable

Same. Not practical but cool as hell and I have fairly large hands so they have always felt very comfortable when I have fondled them at gun shows (years and years ago when they were fun).

I am not 100% on finish but something flashy like stainless would be fun over the standard black.

The only other detail would be an older one without a rail. I would never mount anything on it and I like the lines of the gun without it.

So that would be my WA legal (F WA LAWS).

Other than that I would like a mid/high end 2011. I haven't dived into them much and I don't need the John Wick gun that has become so popular - just a nice shooting target gun for fun and not carry.

A S&W tricked out .357 mag would be cool too.

Darn bucket list and available funds list are polar opposites lol.

There is only one set that I have currently only cared to collect the set as it were, I have 2 of them, need 3 more of the Henry Big Boy Model X. I have the 44mag and 45lc, I just need the 45-70, 30-30, and 357.

Also need the Ruger LC Carbine in 10mm/45acp/and if they make it, 9mm.

As stated in other threads like this, my Grail guns were an M1 Garand and a Barrett M82A1. I own both and I'm fortunate. Everything else I've bought just doesn't come close to the satisfaction I get from owning those two rifles.

The LeMat from WestWorld.

I wouldn't even care if it's a non firing prop.
Not sure if anyone makes a cartridge conversion of this revovler.
Pietta makes a pretty good replica of it , in its original percussion form.
They are neat and fun to shoot....however I never found 'em to be balanced or as easy to shoot as a Colt Navy or Army Revovler.

I don't really have a grail gun.

I would like a rem700 bdl, and if a nice one came up in the classifieds, and it was local, i would grab it. Unless it was .243.

I guess I would also like a cg63, and a Garand. And a Marlin SBL. But it is not to the point of true lust.

Now, now you're a better shot than that!;)
Well....yeah...... :D

Getting back to Grail Guns....
Any 20 gauge shotgun...especially one with a Improved Cylinder or more open choke...gets my attention.
Hmmm...Grail , being a highly desired , but not often encountered ....Any also being highly desired but open to , well...any...
Maybe that makes my shotguns......'easy".... :D

In any event...I am indeed always on the lookout for a new to me 20 gauge grouse gun....
Even have two related classifieds here on the forum in that regard.

Grail gun woudl be a stiegele drilling. Not a grail gun but wouldnt mind having a darne slide shotgun either. The ones I see for sale always seem to be beat up so never bought one.

It is a very petite 28 gauge...damn near feels and handles like a single shot .22 rifle....very light and easy to handle / shoot.

Darne action to me is one of the most simple and elegant actions made. Surprised he was not Swiss!

Wouldn't mind having a Gebruder Adamy drilling. Have a shotgun made by Frank Adamy (Gebruder's brother and fellow owner) when he was an apprentice for Sauer. Some of their work is remarkable. I think the grandson is making them now but can't recall. Might be the son if he is still alive.
