    Weapon of peace, Has been used and is still used by some of the worst people in the world for their dastardly deeds. Ironic isn't it.

    Though with how many M-16 pattern rifles that have fallen into terrorists hands in the last couple years i can see the image of it changing.

    That video shows how out of touch with reality the French news media are, to believe that the AK-47 is now "America's weapon of choice".

    I personally know several people who own AR-15's, and not a single person that owns an AK-47.

    Sounded like an American reporter and shown on MS-L.S.D., how is this "French"?
    According to the story in the link, the rebranding is being done by the Russian manufacturer, Kalashnikov, not by the "French news media."

    Maybe I need more sleep but don't seem to be getting the same out of this as some are. ?

    Anyhow I think the AK is a good weapon for the other guy to have; my Colt AR is very accurate, has never failed to work, and isn't gonna be traded in for an AK.

    Isn't 'war making' the same thing as 'peace making'? And WTF is 'peace keeping' anyway??
