All thats needed.. Nebraska, New Mexico, and (ha ha ha ha riiight) Colorado and Louisana? to make a completely green swath of freedom in 25 States splitting the two Seaboards from each other.Texas makes 21, that's almost half the states and way more than half the land mass of the USA.

I wouldn't be surprised if the south (Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina and Florida) jumps on board. All thats needed.. TN is counted in that 21, TN and ND are the only 2 of 21 where Constitution Carry applies to residents only.Tennessee. Theirs is a done deal and goes into effect on July first.
I believe Wyoming is also residents only...TN is counted in that 21, TN and ND are the only 2 of 21 where Constitution Carry applies to residence only.
Nope, the in TN the law goes into affect July 1 for residents and military 18-20.I believe Wyoming is also residents only...
I believe the residents only restriction goes away in Tennessee on July 1.
Cheers.
I kinda think Constitutional carry is kinda lame if its limited to their home.TN is counted in that 21, TN and ND are the only 2 of 21 where Constitution Carry applies to residence only.
I believe that most states that have CC will still issue a permit if you want one. That way you have reciprocity as agreed by states.I kinda think Constitutional carry is kinda lame if its limited to their home.
NE looks like it has a chance...All thats needed.. Nebraska, New Mexico, and (ha ha ha ha riiight) Colorado and Louisana? to make a completely green swath of freedom in 25 States splitting the two Seaboards from each other.
Most if not all do, but it is getting to the point where that will not be needed either.I believe that most states that have CC will still issue a permit if you want one. That way you have reciprocity as agreed by states.
Again, Montana 2008 firearms freedom act, the District court determined that the Fed govt has sole authority to regulate NFA items and non NFA items because it could be expected to impact interstate commerce this might take a SCOTUS case to decide once for all.
Texas 7 new laws. Starts at 1:04 in the video.
New Suppressor Law: If it is Made in Texas, and it Stays in Texas, it is no longer NFA.
Worth noting that NE corner of the country — VT, ME, NH — virtually no gun laws. And consistently the top 3 lowest violent crime rates for decades. An interesting mix of politics up there, too. Bernie once stated he'd like to ban 'assault weapons' in his home state and they nearly ran him out on a rail.Texas makes 21, that's almost half the states and 55.23% of the land mass of the USA.

According to gun grabber "logic," the streets in those NE states should be covered in blood. I wonder why they're not?
