Both federal and state were accepted upon electronic submission. I do electronic funds transfer, fed says 21 days. Oregon refunds should start flowing today, the 18th.

Just checked my accounts and my kicker is there now!

A 15 years ago the IRS decided that my wife and I didn't know our own names and numbers, and THEY transposed our SS #'s.

I am the sole bread winner.

I am not banking on living on SS.

If we still have a functional republic by the time I 'retire', and IF the country is not insolvent, I still believe there is a good chance my wife has a positive ledger balance and I haven't worked since '95, according to the IRS.

I was just informed that my return was sent to the "errors department" and to expect another 8 weeks for processing.
Funny, as my state went through no problem, and, after speaking to a revenue department employee, has been scheduled for deposit on the 21st.
