I did have to send it back to Taurus to adjust the timing on a couple of the cylinders. Has shot fine since then.

Purchased new 3/2009 after reading an article about how double action revolvers improve finger pull accuracy. Seemed like a good idea at the time, but have not shot it much.

As for trades, looking for a good quality youth model .22lr rifle: CZ, Savage, Winchester.

Will this gun take 22 mag cylinder also

I have no idea if this gun will take the 22 mag cylinder.

The factory internal reference number for this gun is RT970165INFO, there is another number on the box 2-970069.

Perhaps with this information someone at Taurus could answer that question.

I hesitate to research it myself because I would then be on the hook for the accuracy of the information I would give out.
