It's in perfect operating condition. I only put two boxes through it before going to a 10mm, which better suits my needs. It IS fun to shoot!

The difficulty lies in the distance. I can't just meet you at an FFL for an exchange, I have to ship it from my FFL to yours. Your fees for the FFLs are usually $25-$35 each, plus shipping. There's no tax in Oregon, but I don't know anything about VA, that'll be between you and your FFL.
Payment can be through CashApp, PayPal, or Venmo. Up to you. I'd figure out shipping & Oregon FFL fees first, then let you know.
