I already have one and it shoots Great, so I jumped on this deal to get another one.
It comes with TWO 12 round 9mm mags.

The G2c will also take the Sig P226 mags!!! I shot mine at Safefire with my 20 round Tacops mags.

I have the "regular" G2 and absolutely love it. Absolutely flawless without any problems.

This is VERY tempting!!!

I have a Glock 35, a Sig P226 and a CZ Clone so my initial purchase was just curiosity after reading the reviews.
Now, after shooting it and letting a friend shoot it, Heck, why not get another!
I gotta be honest here; I NEVER thought I would have anything good to say about a semi-auto Taurus, after my first experience 10 years ago. Meh. Times change. ;)

EXACTLY! Its not a "Match Pistol" but it shoots fine, The G2c gets Good reviews, so its a good house gun or truck gun especially for $169 bucks!

Agreed. About the only thing that I don't like about it is the take-up seems long. But after that, the release is amazing.

I also have the PT140 G2 (40 cal). I like it equally as much as the PT111 G2 (9mm).

So, general consensus is this is better than a HiPoint? I've heard a lot of Taurus reliability bashing and only complaints about how a HiPoint looks physically. I've been considering a glove box gun and might be confused now, lol.

In general the Taurus PT111 series have been a reliable low cost pistol. I still own one, at one time I had 3. It still eats anything my wife puts through it.

The problems lie in the fact that Taurus does a poor job with quality control. Or they did, or do? Not sure. I haven't bought one from them in some time.
