"Target shooting" on the schedule at the Puyallup Fair

My wife was perusing the schedule for next weekend when we plan on doing the Puyallup, and came across something on the calender entitled "Target Shooting," and after "Event Info" was this "W.E.I.A." which made her curious. Tried looking around the web and the fair's web site, but no luck finding what that was.
Can anyone help us out with this tidbit of knowledge?
