Tapco Mini 14 Magazine review?

Has anyone had much experience with the Tapco Mini-14 magazines? I heard different reviews. Some people say they are junk (feeding problems) and only use the Ruger steel magazines and some people say the Tapco's are great. Is there a reason for the mixed reviews? Like model years of rifle/magazine.

I'm just fishing for some input.

Considering the current market for Mini-14 mags, it's highly unlikely you'll find Ruger factory mags without paying an inflated price. If you need a mag or two quickly, I'd say give Tapco a shot and see how they work. They're probably half as cheap and you could always sell em back.
