Tan FCU with flat face trigger. 200 rounds through, I decided P320s aren't for me.

  1. I agree to the classified rules and terms of service
Transfer would have to occur at an Oregon FFL as the buyer is a resident of Oregon. That means seller must travel to the Oregon FFL for delivery. Alternately, the seller could pay a WA FFL to ship it to the OR FFL thus dramatically increasing the price.

Seller could ship it just in a small flat rate box to an FFL in OR. No need to use an FFL in WA. As long as the receiving FFL is OK with accepting it and the seller attaches a copy of his DL in the box.

10 bucks to ship it.

That's not how federal gun laws work bud. Especially with something that is considered a handgun.

Lmfao. Bro that is logged in as a frame. Yes it is a serialized part but it is not considered a handgun. It is a frame/receiver/other.
Then explain to me why you have to be 21 to purchase said item or lower receiver?? Because by law they put it in the same realm as a handgun. I don't make the rules.

Lmao. Because you have to be 21 to purchase a handgun or other. It is not considered a handgun. It is the same thing as a lower receiver. Which a lower receiver you can ship USPS small flat rate box as well.

@Owenator Ignore this other guy.

It is completely legal for you to put the FCU in a USPS small flat rate box and send it to an FFL with a copy of your drivers license in the box as long as the receiving FFL will accept that. Some FFLs won't accept anything unless it came from another FFL. Will be 10 dollars at most to ship it. Just confirm with the receiving FFL that they will accept shipments from a private party and if they have any other requirements for their shop.

Look if you dickheads want to risk sending a frame, receiver or whatever you want to call it, through USPS and risk having a bubbleguming "firearm" stolen go for it. The headache that it will cause over $10 ain't worth it. Stop being broke and support your local shop.

Lmfao. That isn't being broke or anything. Stop being an entitled FFL and wanting to squeeze every penny from everyone out there. Instead be an FFL that will educate people and not take advantage of them over a few bucks to ship a firearm. You are going to ship it UPS and charge them 20-30 bucks to do it and ship it over night air or 2nd day air when that is not required. You say support your local FFLs, yet support your local community and don't take advantage of them.

Sincerely a LOCAL FFL for several years.
