Tacoma homeowner shoots burglar pretending to be cop | www.kirotv.com
Wow, Tacoma's a rough place...
To bad the homeowner only winged him. Would have saved taxpayers some money.
Guess the hatchet-throw led the homeowner to doubt these were police officers, huh?
proves not everyone who busts down your door and shouts POLICE is a good guy.
I guess the state of Indiana has a good crystal ball. http://www.northwestfirearms.com/le...ana-legalizes-right-defense-against-cops.html
Exactly why I don't live there any more.
Shooting across the street,up the street and muderers walking in front of my place.
(woman shot her husband it the head.......in his wheel chair.Been planing it for 4 years a neighbor told me)
Lovely place to be FROM
This is really terrifying.
The only home-invasion I worry about is one where the invaders are pretending to be cops.
I don't want to be Jose Guerena and get hosed with 70 rounds of AR fire for defending myself. -That's a losing proposition.
But this kind of thing is what will make you hesitate at the exact moment you need to be ACTING. I have zero good answers for this. I neither wish to shoot a cop who f***ed up on the warrant address, nor to be shot by a SWAT team who got the wrong address. But this kind of incident makes me want to shoot first and ask questions later. -A response that's as problematic as hesitation.
