Clearly we need more gun laws to protect these innocent well-intentioned youth.

See, proves the wisdom of i1639! They were both too young to own assault weapons or hand guns! Had this law been in place sooner in Houston, this shooting AND the aggravated robbery would not have occurred.
If if they had i594, background check would probably have shown some criminal history and denied transfer.

Now we need an initiative or law that bans stupid internet challenges and puts a 10 day waiting period on all approved challenges before participating.
