humm surprised me the soft points 165 speer did better the 39.2 grs of powder being slightly hotter might of tighten the groups

Oh, damn your bad luck - You shouldn't be shooting at bottles EVER !

Have you ever considered a target stand so you can post 'real' paper targets and see your results? Or even a gong as I have suggested before?
