Add the first two numbers of the serial # to 1930
Example 1930+87would be 2017.

Also, something worthy of mention. IIRC, if you purchased these from Bona Fide Swarovski Dealer, (Swarovski Will have the records) the new owner will have a full warranty, if he registers the binoculars with Swarovski.
