Very surprised to see a pro-gun story on the CBS website. My cousin (Army special forces) posted a link to it on social media

That op-ed piece was also referenced in another article, but that was on a very pro-gun website so no surprise there, but I did like that author's closing argument:

The left's attacks on the NRA are a reflection of the fact that the liberals have not been able to make a logical case for gun control and have been incapable of winning the American people to their cause.

Great commentary. Not pointing this out to get political on another topic bit the much higher amount of direct donations by Planned Parenthood in the 2016 elections is a GREAT talking point for us to use when discussing GC with some folks. Puts $ into perspective. I believe it, but going to do a little fact checking first.
