Yesterday's Wall Street Journal carried a stunning display of candor from the man it described as "the face of the gun-control movement" for billionaire anti-gunner Michael Bloomberg, who acknowledged as he stepped down Friday as head of the ex-mayor's gun control effort that, "when a mass shooting happens…nothing that we have to offer would have stopped that mass shooting."
