That is an interesting distinction of authority. Please everyone, remember not to buck the IRS at home. I've seen bad results by friends who did take them on standing on principle. With a Sheriff like this fellow, you might have some backing enough to survive. Tugging on Superman's cape might generate a backhand if you get me.
