IT is the JOB of the RR POLICE or hired Professional Security Company employed to work for the RR company who make their rounds to NOTIFY their RR offices by telephone asap and written paperwork - report, the CHIEF in the dispatch office gets notified, the CHIEF in the dispatch office notifies other RR offices within the RR company, the CHIEF will notify the FEDS and the CHIEF will notify the local county or city police.

If any other RR worker sees some crapola going on - he or she are to immediately notify their supervisior - there are many job descriptions if you work for a RR , the RR police person if he is somewhere else on the premises of the RR private property and/or the Chief in the dispatch office.

NO matter what, someone gets notified and there are reports made and it must be followed through. RR company, the Feds, and with the city or county police force.

I can't imagine a RR worker/employee especially a UP RR person working for Union Pacific or ANY OTHER RR COMPANY NOT to make these reports to WHO he is supposed to report to, a chain of command and it goes to the FEDS and to the LOCAL POLICE - CITY OR COUNTY depending on the location. City police or county sheriff's office.

Local police don't just go on PRIVATE RR property to do x, y or z UNLESS they SEE SOMETHING going on (Common in some places!) or are CALLED TO INVESTIGATE a crime or crimes by the RR company.

So were the LA police notified or NOT notified from the gitgo?! And if they were NOT notified - why not?! What is the truth there?

BLAME the specific LA District Attorney, the effed UP justice system, etc. IF they will NOT pursue the criminals and not only with the RR thefts, trespassing and RR destruction in LA or in some other places!

THE FEDS (RR crime.) should go in and give those SPECIFIC DAs a 'Come to J' moment!

The FEDS could pursue it even if the DAs do not help them.

The city police and county sheriff departments can ONLY do so much with their JOBS if they are ALLOWED TO PURSUE the criminals. And if they get the criminals and DO THEIR JOBS in a professional manner... it is up to the DA and the FREAKING JUSTICE SYSTEM to do their jobs too.

Th supply chain is broken, container ships can't unload, warehousemen and truckers are staying home sick. The way I figure freight is I'll get it when I get it and be darned happy when I do.
That sir is incorrect (truckers are staying home sick) The truth is In the State of California won't allow any trucks that are over 10years old to pull trailers from the port ( emissions) they claim diesel emissions are the problem & the long shoremen's union is a big part of the problem they don't want to work around the clock like every other business in critical supply .
10 year old trucks are allowed to run everywhere else just no the port of Long Beach, Ca Typical Socialist Liberal Logic

Yeah, I worked in a sawmill in the late 80's. We were running logs that were second growth, that a bunch of enviro terrorists had cored the trees, inserted granite core samples into the tree and plugged the hole with the tree core end with bark on it. When a 20' bandsaw under extreme tension hits granite the saw explodes with a loud bang, and you just make sure everyone is ok and chainsaw that mess out of the bandsaw. They went with granite to defeat our metal detectors. Guess What it worked, look around at the rioting that just happened, it's still working only now it's Police not loggers and millworkers. When we were fighting the enviros the rest of the country and 9th circuit were on their side. Sorry about the venting just tired of getting shoved out of my state.

LAPD will not respond to train cargo/package crimes on their own unless contacted by U.P. railroad police for assistance. These are federal crimes and need to be dealt with as such, with harsh penalties.
Well the FBI will be of little use since they are busy covering for Islamic terrorists.

And coming after you and me. We're domestic violent extremists, yunno...

Make Preparations! Canadian Cross Border Trucking Vaxx Mandate Now In Effect, Domestic Trucking Mandate Starts Next Week

The cross border vaccine mandate for truckers in/out of Canada is now in effect. The U.S. vaccine mandate takes effect on January 22nd. It will take a few days to see the consequences, but there will be consequences.

Keep in mind, any impact is taking place in a supply chain system that is already tenuous and unstable at best. A small disruption that may have been minimally significant against a fully operational supply chain, is more likely to be a much bigger disruption in a supply chain that is already under a severe amount of demand side stress. Somewhere in the range of 16,000 to 38,000 daily loads are likely to be impacted.

When questioned about this, Canadian Intergovernmental Affairs Minister Dominic Leblanc says the trucking industry "has had adequate time to prepare for this." Keep in mind, the mandate was announced 45 days ago (November 30th). According to the Canadian government, changing the structural rules for all the logistics and commerce in cross border shipping, 45 days is enough notice.

CANADA – […] "I think you probably won't see that movement … that the government's looking for," retail expert Bruce Winder told CTV News Channel on Saturday when asked if the effort will encourage truckers to get vaccinated.
[…] The mandate throws a "major wrench" in the Canadian and North American supply chains, he added, with grocers, food producers, the auto parts industry and building materials among the sectors expected to be most affected.
"I really hope that we're not at the stage where you see food insecurity, where you're actually going to grocery stores and there's nothing on the shelf," Winder said. "That could be the worst-case scenario."
Mike Millian, president of the Private Motor Truck Council of Canada, told CTV News Channel on Saturday that there were as many 23,000 vacancies at the end of the third quarter of 2021, with his group's own studies showing that roughly 20 per cent of Canadian truck drivers operating across the border are unvaccinated.
[…] "If we remove a fifth of that workforce, we're going to see shortages on shelves and we're going to see inflation of prices, because the cost to bring this stuff here is going to go up." (read more)
The truth is no one knows how bad the disruption will be. What we do know is that there will be disruption, and there is no infrastructure for a level of rig-switching at the border crossing region that could accommodate changing rigs, drop-offs and/or pick-ups or driver transfers on the scale that is being discussed. The logistics here are a total mess.

china has added bird flu to their Covid outbreak, won't need no stinking truckers cause there won't be anything to truck anyways

My bet is that the gov has a points system for people's profiles: political views, any group memberships, social media posts/etc., firearm types, firearm/etc. purchases/possession, etc.

If they don't have a points system like that, then they are behind the curve. If they have an AI system to analyze the points system data, then they are maybe ahead of the curve.

Well then.. What the hell! Get some more NFA stuff!
