If it is numbers matching it's worth getting it properly hot blued. I have reblued several of them and then also nitre blue the proper parts.

This is the last magazine I shot with my byf42 - at the 20yd NRSA pistol target - before it was handed over for deactivation at my expense - that cost was over $200 and ended up with it being out of my hands for almost four years. The dealer arranging it was selling handguns to the criminals in his part of England. He ended up getting eight years jail time for that. Personally I hope he had a VERY friendly time...
