Submitting a Form 4

I have read that a Form 4 must be submitted double sided (single paper) or it will be denied. Should the person also submit their trust double sided as well?

My trust was accepted single sided. Remember to send (1) copy each of:
1) Certification of Trust
2) Declaration of Trust

Hmm i'm new to trusts. What is the different between the certification of trust and declaration? I'm using the bronze trust from nwgunlawgroup. Does this include it all?

Talk to them. My approval was held up because I did not include one of the documents.

I used the Bronze trust and I received my stamp for my suppressor in just 5 months. I have also used it to e-file a form 1 for a sbr which took 5 weeks, I just e-filed again today for a second sbr hopefully in 5 weeks I'll have another stamp

I heard the efile system was down?

After I submitted and paid for the Form 1 I received an email that "This is to advise you that the status of you eForms submission with the subject Permit/Control number has changed to SUBMITTED/IN PROCESS"

But I did try yesterday and the site said it was down for maintenance

The site is down every Wednesday for "Maintenance".

Efiles is only up for basically Form 1 submitted with a trust.

Sounds good cause I'm looking to convert my ar pistol to sbr

They can be single sided , have submitted many customers form 4's as single sided and never had one come back for that
