Used, works well. There is some discoloration on the rim of the lens, but it doesn't affect the light beam. There is also a small crack on the rim of the small rail side (visible on the pictures) but it doesn't affect the stability. I fired 200 rounds with it on, and it didn't loosen or shift. It also has the Streamlight USP full size adapter key so you can direct mount it to the full size USP pistol frame.
