Out in Milwaukie/Gladstone, curts has a good selection of stripped lowers. They are located on 99.

The only place in St Helens is Tactical Ammunition

They dont really have a store front since the owner's main business is a bearing company.

On the west side there is Oregon Arms and Ammunition that seems to have a lot of AR related products. They are on NW Cornelius pass rd.

I do not know if Tactical Ammunition in St. Helens sells stripped lowers,however, they actually do have a store. You go into the building, it is named Heller Enterprises and you can buy what you want there. In the building next door they make AR's. The building is right off of Hwy 30. I know a few people who have purchased AR's from them and they are absolutely in love with the rifles.
