That what Dr. Buglino said to open the Stop the Bleed class tonight.

Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital hosted a class that addressed how to provide immediate lifesaving response to bleeding.

It had been a few years since I've attended any course so it was nice to have a refresher.

We covered the basics of Pressure, Packing, and Tourniquet use.

They were nice enough to give everyone in class a free CAT tourniquet.
