My friend current active duty Army Airborne Ranger had his brand new Xdm. 45 stolen last weekend just outside of Salem Oregon. If this pops up anywhere please let me know. Will post serial # once he gets back to me for now here is a picture

My question is Home invasion or carelessness like leaving it in the car not locked up..

There is a thread specifically for stolen guns.

Hmm most people would say "thanks for the info, i'll keep my eye out"
Rather than b*tching about where the post was made.

Be sure to report to OSP.

All - remember it's FREE for OSP to run a serial number check during your FTF purchase. This is different than the free FICS check. No reason for stolen guns to circulate.

Hmm, maybe people would realize that people checking for stolen guns will actually look in the stolen gun thread.
Exposure is great and I'm all for the draw and chartering of the gun thief, but the post is better off there and it will get far more exposure to intended parties.
