Still looking for the perfect carry belt

The requirements are the buckle must fit flat against my stomach, be 1 1/2" wide and must be fast and easily adjustable. I wear IBW mostly but sometimes OWB so I need to adjust between the two, for that reason I don't want Velcro. The Brovo concealment belt looks like it fits my needs but I'd like to know what you guys are using.

That makes zero sense to me, how does Velcro prevent or even hamper switching between IWB and OWB?

I have used a hanks belt for 12 years now. Same belt. Carry everything from a full sized 1911 to a shield.
