STI Tactical Single Stack 9mm 4" - $1,000 obo, no trades, FFL transfer on buyer

Details on model:
Caliber: 9×19
Frame: STI 1911 Frame with Integral Tactical Rail, 30 LPI Front Strap Checkering, Undercut Trigger Guard
Grips: STI G10 Grip Panels
Slide: Classic, Flat Top with STI Front and Rear Grid Cocking Serrations
Trigger: Installed - Ed Brown short trigger, Included: original STI Long Curved Trigger, additional Ed Brown Long Trigger (already fit)
Barrel: 4.26″ STI Bull barrel
Guide Rod: STI RecoilMaster
Sights: original sights that came on it - blacked out Heine rear, STI fiber optic front. Fiber optic front never caught enough light for my liking so I used Birchwood-Casey sight touch up pens to color white dot/orange outline.

Additional included/info/etc:
Magazines: 3 Wilson Combat 10 round, 5 Cobra 10 round, 1 STI 9 round
Holsters: - a TR Kydex holster OWB for 1911 w/ rail, and a Red Hill Tactical IWB holster.
Trigger work done by Tim Copeland (Copeland Custom Gunworks), fitted for both the short & long Ed Brown triggers.
Original box and paperwork, as well as several extra barrel tool do-hickey's and an idiot-scratch guard.

Probably best gun I've ever owned that I never shoot, slide fit is incredible. Originally from Northwest Firearms, I think I am third pacNW owner. Came to me with low round count, which was pretty obvious by condition. I've put maybe 200 more. I think the pics will give a pretty good indication. Any questions just ask.

FFL of your choosing - Portland metro preferred, but some travel not out of the question.

This is the closest gun close to my house and they have always been super nice. I have bought two guns off them and sold one of mine to them.
