Anyone know how a sale to an Oregonian would work with a bolt action? Can we meet in Vancouver and transfer?

An Oregonian can purchase and transfer long guns in Washington, but the Washington based seller would have to come to Oregon to complete the sale of any handguns, or the transfer and shipping has to be done by FFL. (I am not a FFL holder, but have bought and sold some stuff across the border.)

All long guns can be transferred in ANY state. Hand guns needs to be transferred in the state of residence of the buyer. Shipping guns to an FFL need not to be done by another FFL, but some FFL dealer might require it.

Do you know if the CZ P07 is the "gen 1" or "gen 2"? If you don't know off the top of your head, then the manufacture date would be sufficient.
