Stevens rifles? Ideas?

Yup favorite for sure there were several models 15,17 etc. They pretty much looked the same but the original barrels were octagon so yes replaced barrels

My Stevens 44 is a wonderful rifle and on mine, under the handguard is engraved 44. I don't think it has any other marks but a serial. Probably the most natural pointing rifle I own.
