I have a Stevens Favorite Model 30 in .22 Mag. in good shape except for a scratch on the receiver.

Looking to trade for the same thing, but in a .22LR. Prefer similar physical conditions of the guns (i.e. a scratch or ding is okay, but if it's been dragged behind a car along a dirt road and put away wet...no thanks).

No pictures yet, but here's a link to what I'm looking for:

Savage Arms Firearms > 30 G Stevens Favorite

    The Magnum version looks identical.

Fine. Since it's not trading very quickly. Further tradebait: +/- cash to make ends meet: Ruger SA revolvers (.44 or .357 only, and nothing with a Dragoon trigger guard), S&W Airlite or Ruger SP101 .22 LR or Mag., Ruger Bearcat or Super Bearcat. Compact .45ACP. Kahr PM9. Full size CZ in 9mm might be interesting, too. Or quality knives.

$300 cash, 11 oz silver coinage, no bullion.

That is an excellent question, I hadn't really thought about. Looking online, I don't even see that they're made any more. But I've got a Big Blue Book at the office - I'll try and get an answer posted up for you tomorrow morning. :D

ETA: Okay, with the plus for the no-longer-made .22 Magnum, with a minus for the scratch, I'd still prefer to trade it for a .22LR flavored one, but would be willing to cash it out at $300 - or 9 Walking Liberty silver dollars, or 13 Morgan silver dollars. :D
