Steelhead caught today

Never cared for salmon, red rock cod or ling cod for me

I like the flavor of all fish (I think)... even eel. But not sea urchins, they're nasty snot!!!

I don't eat fish I haven't caught myself and that is very little. Definitely not Salmon. Crab, prawns and some white fish are OK in small amounts. Purely psychological I'm sure from an early age, after my mother took me through a cannery in Monterey.
I had some brown sugar cured steelhead once that was like eating candy.
Other than that, I'm a meat eater.
